Corrections are most useful when they identify the page, claim, citation, and exact point at issue.
What belongs in a note
The editorial desk welcomes concise notes about source mapping, transcription, study design, or language that outruns the cited evidence. A useful correction identifies the page, section heading, numbered reference, disputed wording, and proposed correction. That structure lets the claim be checked against the same evidence ledger used to build the page.
Questions about the reading workflow are also welcome: whether a model is labeled clearly, whether a comparator is missing, whether an effect size lacks context, or whether a null result receives appropriate weight. Commercial solicitations, product sourcing, purchase requests, dosing questions, and preparation or handling requests are outside the site’s editorial scope.

Messages should avoid personal medical details. Peptides and Prep cannot evaluate symptoms, diagnose conditions, recommend treatment, or interpret an individual regimen. Questions about personal health belong with a qualified clinician. The desk can review whether the site accurately represents a cited paper and can correct a factual or bibliographic error.
Correction record
Accepted corrections are evaluated at the level of the published claim. The key questions are whether the citation supports the wording, whether the study type is described accurately, and whether quantitative context is complete. When a correction changes the meaning of a passage, the surrounding comparison is reviewed as well so that one fixed sentence does not leave a stale conclusion elsewhere.
No attachments, samples, products, or confidential records are requested. A stable citation number and precise explanation are enough to begin an editorial review.
